At the Arntz Optibelt Group’s traditional St. Nicholas Day coffee event for former employees, the company honoured colleagues who were celebrating long-service anniversaries this year. The Group’s annual St. Nicholas coffee event once again took place at the headquarters in Höxter at the beginning of December. The Management Board gave the guests an overview of the 2024 financial year and introduced the future orientation of the Arntz Optibelt Group.

As part of a feature on municipal economic development, a camera team from Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) visited the headquarters of the Arntz Optibelt Group in Höxter. Part of the filming took place in the test facility on Corveyer Allee and addressed the role of manufacturing companies in the region – with a visit to Optibelt as an internationally operating industrial enterprise with deep roots in Höxter.
The Tech Days 2025 event took place from 31 March to 3 April at the headquarters of Arntz Optibelt Group in Höxter, Germany – the customer event, spanning several days, showcased the ingenuity and superior quality of Optibelt’s products to excellent effect. Numerous international guests were warmly welcomed and invited to exchange information, in person, regarding trendsetting drive solutions.

As every year, the corporate group welcomed former employees and invited guests to its well-established St Nicholas Day coffee at the Höxter headquarters in early December. CEO Regina Arning opened the event with warm words of welcome and provided an overview of the 2025 financial year, along with insights into the future strategic direction of the Arntz Optibelt Group.
The Arntz Optibelt Group continues its support campaign in the region – this year, it will support Caritasverband für den Kreis Höxter e.V. (registered Caritas association for the district) as well as Kinderschutzbund Höxter (Child Protection League) with a donation of 10,000 Euro in total. Both organisations will receive 5,000 Euro each to pursue their important work.
Optibelt Produktions GmbH (OPG) not only celebrated its 30th anniversary within the Optibelt Group this year, but also hosted the annual Plant Managers’ Meeting from the 18th to the 20th of August 2025. The event brought together plant managers from all nine Arntz Optibelt Group locations for in-depth exchanges on current developments and long-term strategic topics.
Optibelt and Tecnamic presented themselves as strong partners for innovative drive solutions in the construction industry at bauma 2025. Optibelt presented practical applications and high-performance products - including the optibelt RED POWER 3, the optibelt BLUE POWER 2 and high-quality automotive drive belts - on a modern 36 square metre stand.
The Arntz Optibelt Group has once again been honored by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Ostwestfalen zu Bielefeld for its outstanding training achievements. This award is confirmation of the company's ongoing commitment to promoting and developing young talent and underlines the high quality of its training programs.
